is a coffee-flavoured Italian custard dessert. It is made of
ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar,
and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. Consists many of strawberry inside
the cake.
2. Coffee Cake
is a sponge cake flavoured with coffee. Consist of four
layers separated by coffee flavoured butter icing, which also covers the top of
the cake. Had walnut inside the coffee
cake.
3. Black Forest
is a German dessert and consists of three layers of chocolate
sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and cherries. It is decorated with
additional whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and chocolate shavings.Sour
cherries are used between the layers.
4. Carrot cake
A moist, mildly spiced cake made with fresh carrots, walnuts
& pineapples, filled and finished with cream cheese icing & toasted
pecans. It was soft and has dense texture.
5. Red Velvet Cake
A red-brown layer cake topped with white cream cheese or
cooked roux. Made by buttermilk, butter, cocoa, and flour for the cake and
beetroot for the colour. Called as “a cousin of chocolate cake”.
